Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • Items must be in resalable condition with all original tags, labels, or seals intact.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

Approval & Instructions
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

Shipping the Item
Please ensure returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@stockifyhub.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
